With Fitness Jeunesse, we aim to teach children good technique that will help them improve their motor skills and strengthen certain parts of their body, while incorporating fun.
Over a period of 11 weeks, divided into one-hour sessions, children will practice various movements and explore different activities, through which they will be introduced to fitness in a gym environment.

Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
