COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

ABDOMINALS-BUTTOCKS-LEGS

This is an aerobic and cardio workout with exercises that focus on the buttocks and legs.

BOOTCAMP

Push your limits with intensive power, speed, and endurance training. This workout will push you to go beyond your current muscular and cardiovascular capabilities.

CARDIO DANcE

This is an aerobics class that incorporates dances from different eras and cultures.

CARDIO TONING

A cardio toning session combines cardiovascular movements and muscle toning to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and endurance.

Électrospin

This is a cardio class on stationary bikes that is done with energetic “electronic” music playing in the background.

STRETCHING

This stretching class involves a series of exercises to enhance the flexibility and mobility of muscles and joints.

EcCENTRICS

This muscle-strengthening class combines tai chi, yoga movements, and dynamic stretches to help you achieve a flexible and balanced body.

HATHA YOGA

Rhythm, breath, and movement guide this class. Posture sequences (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas), and an introduction to meditation will be taught.

INTERVALS

This cardio workout sequence requires minimal coordination and will involve alternating upper and lower body muscle exercises.

FITNESS

This is a  comprehensive workout that combines cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises to improve overall physical fitness.

Metcon

Metcon is a type of training that combines weightlifting and cardio exercises into a high-intensity workout.

PILATES

Pilates teaches body awareness and proper posture, focusing on graceful and fluid movements. It can also help alleviate back pain.

Power yoga

Power yoga is a dynamic and intense style of yoga that combines flowing yoga postures and breathwork to enhance strength, flexibility, and mental focus.

SPINNING

Bike-based training.

STEP

This class involves choreographed sequential step movements. It’s guaranteed to be entertaining.

Toning

Toning is a workout session that focuses on muscle toning and strength using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga where poses are held for extended periods. Suitable for individuals of all fitness levels.

RELAXATION YOGA

This class is designed to enhance flexibility and help individuals reach a state of calmness using 26 Ashtanga and Hatha yoga postures.

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle yoga is a relaxing style that employs slow yoga poses and breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve flexibility.

ENERGY YOGA

Energy yoga is a dynamic practice that aims to stimulate the body and mind through yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation to increase energy and vitality.

STRETCH YOGA

Stretch yoga focuses on stretching muscles and joints to enhance flexibility and reduce muscle tension.

STRENGTH AND TONE YOGA

Strength and tone yoga focuses on muscle strength and tone using dynamic yoga poses and breathwork.
 

SUN SALUTATION YOGA

Sun salutation yoga involves a series of dynamic yoga poses practiced in sync with the breath to improve strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
 

ZUMBA

This is a workout that uses various fast and slow rhythms to tone muscle and burn calories. . Combining this with a little Latin flavor and international influences, you have a Zumba class!
