Our camp is the ideal place for young tennis players to develop and perfect their skills in a fun and supportive environment. Our experienced and certified coaches provide personalized attention to each participant to ensure they receive the best possible instruction.

Our daily program includes 4 to 5 hours of tennis instruction per day, where participants will focus on improving their playing techniques and tactics. Our coaches will guide participants through various exercises and games designed to improve their coordination, agility and speed, as well as their ability to work as a team.

In addition to our tennis program, we also offer 1-2 hours of complementary activities each day. These activities are designed to complement our tennis instruction and help participants improve their overall athleticism. From coordination exercises to team sports, these activities are a fun and effective way to improve participants’ physical fitness.

Our camp is open to young people aged 8 to 16 who are passionate about tennis and eager to improve their skills. We believe our participants will leave our program feeling more confident and ready to take their game to the next level. We look forward to welcoming your child to our intensive tennis camp!

Important Informations

We look forward to welcoming your child to Tennis 13’s intensive tennis camp. We would like to remind you that activities start at 9:00 am and end at 4:00 pm. You can pick up your child at the day camp daycare service as early as 7:00 a.m. and pick him up as late as 6:00 p.m., but additional fees will apply.

On these days, your child must bring :

  • Cold lunch in a lunch box
  • Snacks
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • Plastic water bottle
  • Participants must remain inside the sports center during on-call hours.
  • No food or beverages may be brought onto the playgrounds or into the locker rooms.
  • Participants must notify their instructor if they plan to be late or absent from an activity day.
  • Participants must remain with their group at all times during activities.
    During activity periods, the participant must not venture into the locker rooms, restaurant or play areas without prior
    permission of the instructor.
  • Participants must remain in camp areas during mealtimes.
  • The participant must abide by the rules and regulations of the activity.
  • At no time may the participant use the emergency exits, except for fire drills.
  • The participant must return the equipment loaned to him/her in an undamaged state.
    Participants must show sportsmanship and respect for instructors and other children.
  • Smoking is prohibited at all times during camp hours.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in the following sanctions, in order:

  • A verbal warning to the participant concerned
  • A telephone call to the parents
  • One day’s suspension
  • Permanent exclusion from the day camp

Certain precautions must be taken when preparing lunches. They are as follows:

  • Prepare balanced lunches featuring foods from each of the 4 food groups.
  • Opt for fruits (apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, etc….) and vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli, etc….) that don’t crush easily in the lunch bag.
  • Use fruit or vegetable juices rather than liqueur.
  • Wrap perishable foods in cellophane.
  • Bring paper napkins.
  • Avoid bringing glass containers.
  • Identify your lunch bag.
  • If possible, use a thermos bag and an ice pack.
  • Pay special attention to allergies

This chart represents a typical day at an intensive tennis camp. The order and activities listed may vary depending on the day and week.

  • 9:00 am to 11:00 am: Tennis
  • 11h00 to 12h00: Activities
  • 12h00 to 13h00 : Lunch
  • 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm: Tennis
  • 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm: Activities
