GROUP LESSONS
FOR CHILDREN AGED 4 TO 16.
Our group lessons are designed to provide your children with a fun and stimulating learning environment. Our goal is to help them develop a love for tennis, as well as improve their skills and sportsmanship.
Children will learn the fundamental techniques of tennis as well as the necessary technical strokes. They will have the opportunity to hit balls, play games and earn points while learning to exchange in a controlled manner. Our experienced instructors will provide personalized feedback and guidance to help each child improve and reach their full tennis potential.
Based on their progress, children will be encouraged to join age and skill appropriate leagues and tournaments. This will provide them with the opportunity to apply the skills they have learned in a competitive setting, while also having fun and making new friends.
Tennis is a great way for children to stay active, improve coordination and develop skills such as discipline, perseverance and sportsmanship.

COMPETITIVE LEAGUES
FOR CHILDREN AGED 8 TO 16.
Junior tennis leagues provide an excellent opportunity for children to demonstrate their newfound skills on the court. Our leagues are designed to ensure a stimulating experience for all young players.
Leagues are a great way to promote teamwork, sportsmanship and overall fitness. They also provide children with an opportunity to meet new friends and develop a passion for tennis.
Our coaches work tirelessly to make sure each player gets the most out of their experience, whether it’s learning new techniques or improving on existing ones.
LEVELS 3.0 AND –
SATURDAY FROM 3 PM TO 5 PM
For children aged 8 to 12.
LEVELS 3.5 AND +
SUNDAY FROM 3:30 PM TO 5:30 PM
For children aged 9 to 16.
COMPETITIVE TENNIS PROGRAM
The Competitive Tennis Program aims to improve the skills of young athletes and prepare them for the challenges of competitive tennis. The program has been meticulously crafted by experienced coaches with years of experience in training young tennis players.
The program offers personalized coaching to help athletes develop their strengths and improve on their weaknesses. This includes working on all aspects of the game, such as technique, tactics, physical fitness, and mental strength. In addition, coaches provide advice on nutrition and injury prevention.
The program includes regular training sessions, friendly matches and participation in local and regional tournaments. This provides the children with ample opportunities to test their skills and gain valuable experience. They also have the opportunity to attend tennis camps, workshops, and practical lessons to improve their game.
Our program aims to instill in children the values of discipline, resilience and teamwork that competitive tennis offers. This way, they can grow into confident, well-rounded individuals.

SPORT-STUDY PROGRAM
The Tennis 13 Fitness Sport-Study program provides an exceptional chance for aspiring young athletes to combine their love for tennis with their educational journey. The program is tailored to allow students to seamlessly integrate their rigorous training schedule with their studies, enabling them to reach their full potential both on the court and in the classroom. The program is exclusive to advanced players who have already achieved a high level of proficiency and are recognized as elite athletes.
The program is managed by the AMA Academy, which is responsible for developing and implementing the curriculum. The academy offers a structured training program that is tailored to the individual needs of each student, covering all aspects of the sport, including technique, strategy, fitness, and mental preparation. Training sessions are led by experienced coaches who have a proven track record of producing elite-level athletes.
