What sports are offered at Tennis 13 Fitness?

Tennis, training, fitness classes, pickleball, racquetball, squash, badminton, swimming, golf, wallyball, beach volleyball, beach tennis, dek hockey.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees!

Is there a one-month membership option?

No, our memberships are available for periods of 3 months & +. If you’d like to try Tennis 13 before committing, we also offer a one-week trial.

Do you offer a family membership?

No, we do not currently offer a family membership.

When are new schedules posted?

There is no set schedule for when new schedules are published. We recommend checking our schedule page regularly to stay up to date with new activities and availability.

My Membership

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, memberships of 3 months & + can be cancelled after the first three months. To request a cancellation, please contact our team. For annual memberships, cancellation may be considered in cases of injury, illness, or relocation, with supporting documentation. Certain fees or penalties may apply depending on the terms of your membership.

Can I temporarily suspend my membership?

Yes, a temporary membership suspension may be possible in the event of travel or illness, with supporting documentation. Payments will continue during the suspension period, but the suspended time will be added to the end of your membership so you don’t lose that time.

Do I have access to all sports and courts with my membership?

Both members and non-members can reserve courts. However, depending on the type of membership you choose, members benefit from priority booking and preferential rates. The Le 13 membership offers these benefits for tennis, badminton, pickleball, racquetball, and squash, while the BAD / PICKLE membership offers them for badminton and pickleball.

Does my 3-month & + membership automatically end after the first 3 months?

No, memberships of 3 months & + do not automatically end after the first three months. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must submit a cancellation request to our team after the first three months.

Does my Gym membership give me access to racquet sport courts at the member rate?

Gym members can book racquet sport courts, but the non-member rate applies. Preferential court rates are reserved for memberships that include racquet sports.

Are towels included with my membership?

Towels are not included with our memberships. However, a towel service is available for an additional fee.

Can I bring a guest to the gym?

Yes, you can bring a guest to the gym. Guest fees apply.

Does my membership renew automatically?

No, memberships do not renew automatically. You must register again once your membership expires.

Playing at Tennis 13 Fitness

Can I book a court without being a member?

Yes, non-members can also book a court. Different rates apply to non-members.

How can I find a playing partner?

Our Facebook community is a great way to find tennis, pickleball, and other racquet sport partners based on your sport and skill level.

How do I know what my skill level is?

Tennis Québec offers a self-assessment scale to help you determine your skill level based on your abilities and experience.

I don’t have a racquet, can I borrow one?

Yes, a limited number of racquets are available to rent for tennis, pickleball, and racquetball/squash. The rental fee is $5 per racquet. Balls are not included and must be purchased on site.
Racquets are available at the front desk when the Pro Shop is closed. When the Pro Shop is open, racquets must be rented directly from the shop. A car key is required as a deposit when renting a racquet.

If I invite non-members to play, do they get the member rate?

No. Each player is charged according to their membership status, and the fees are calculated based on the number of players.

How are court fees calculated when a booking includes both members and non-members?

The court fee is first divided among the number of players on the court. Each player then pays their share at the rate corresponding to their membership status.

How are court rental fees calculated?

Court rental fees are charged per court, per hour. The cost can then be split among the players, whether there are 2 or 4 players on the court.

How far in advance can non-members book a court?

Non-members can book a court up to 48 hours in advance.

Classes & Training

Do I need to book a spot for group fitness classes?

No, reservations are not required. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How old does my child have to be to access the gym?

Gym access is available to members aged 16 and over. However, specially designed training programs for younger participants are available, including Youth Fitness and the Strong Girl Club.

What age can my child start tennis lessons?

Children can start tennis lessons as young as 4 years old.

Do you offer coaching for badminton, squash, and racquetball?

No, we do not currently offer coaching services for badminton, squash, or racquetball.

How do adult tennis lessons work?

Our adult tennis lessons are designed for different skill levels, ranging from beginner to intermediate. Sessions typically run for 5 to 9 weeks and focus on technique, footwork, strategy, and the various skills needed to improve your game.

How do children’s tennis lessons work?

Children’s tennis lessons are offered by session throughout the year, with 13 lessons per session. Children are first grouped by age, and their skill level may then be reassessed on the court to ensure they are placed in the group that best suits them.

Groups typically consist of about 6 children per class, and lessons are offered on weekends.

Can I bring my own private coach?

No, external private coaches are not permitted to provide lessons or training sessions at Tennis 13.

Facilities & Services

Is the pool accessible to all members?

Yes, the pool is available to all members during public swim hours. Pool hours may vary, so we recommend checking the pool schedule before your visit.

Is the restaurant / bistro open to everyone?

Yes, the restaurant is open to the public, whether you’re a Tennis 13 member or not.
