A sequence of cardio workouts requiring little coordination, alternating with muscular exercises.

PILATES FITNESS EXPRESS
30 minutes of strength-building exercises inspired by Pilates movements.

A set of physical exercices designed to strengthen the core muscles, promote balance and good posture. It also help reduce back pain.
POWER YOGA
Dynamic, intense yoga combining yoga poses with breathing exercises to improve muscular strength, flexibility and concentration.
SPINNING
High-intensity dynamic training on a stationary bike.
STEP
Rhythmic, choreographed sequences of movements on a step.
TABATA
High-intensity interval training consisting of 8 × 20-second bursts of intense effort, followed by 10 seconds of recovery.
TONING
Muscle toning and strengthening using free weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises.
RELAXATION YOGA
A class that improves flexibility through calming Ashtanga and Hatha yoga poses.
