OTHERS SPORTS

We offer a wide variety of facilities to go with your favorite racket sports! We offer badminton, racquetball, pickleball, squash, beach tennis, wallyball, beach volleyball, indoor golf, and dekhockey, as well as an indoor pool!

BADMINTON

Get rid of your routine and catch a badminton racket! We offer you up to 7 lots, practically anytime. It is an easy sport to learn for both young and old which allows you to trade from the first play session. It is also a great way to work out and get in shape. With so much fun.Whether to relax after a long day of work, to have a good time with your friends or simply to entertain with your grandchildren, get a racket and come play badminton!

RACQUETBALL

Dare to embellish your daily life and impose challenges like playing racquetball! It’s a simple sport, played indoors, on a court surrounded by four walls. He uses rackets with smaller sleeves and a ball that bounces more than tennis. The pitch is slightly larger than the squash and unlike the squash, the ball can be hit at any level on the wall. The goal of the game is to return the ball to the front wall before his second rebound while trying to prevent his opponent from doing so, however, the players only make points if they held the service. The game is won by the first player to accumulate 15 points.

PICKLEBALL

Pickleball, or light tennis, is played on a badminton court with hard-surface snowshoes and a perforated plastic ball. The net is slightly lower than that of tennis but the principle remains the same, the goal always being to send the ball in the opponent’s court. The equipment is much lighter than that of traditional tennis and is therefore less demanding for muscles and joints. This allows everyone to play easily regardless of age or level of fitness.Venez try this new sport simple and fun for the whole family but beware, places are limited!

SQUASH

Put yourself to the test and try a new sport. Squash is played in singles or doubles on a field completely surrounded by walls with narrower rackets than those used for tennis and a small rubber ball. The goal of the game is to hit the ball on the front wall so that the opponent is unable to hit the ball in turn. A match is won when a player reaches 11 points and leads by two points. Squash is ideal for keeping a good level of fitness since it is one of the sports that make you spend the most calories. A player can burn up to 1500 calories in one sitting! Come play with your friends and create unforgettable memories!

BEACH TENNIS

Considered as the fastest growing sport in the world, Beach Tennis is a game combining elements of tennis and beach volleyball. Officially sanctioned by the International Tennis Federation (FIT), this fast-growing new sport will most likely make its debut at the 2024 Olympic Games. Beach tennis is traditionally played on sand, but it is possible to play anywhere, as long as you have the space you need. You can also play in a park or indoors, on a traditional volleyball court. Beach tennis uses the same principles as tennis, except for the rebound, the ball hits only the volley.It is a fun activity and easy to learn since it includes two sports well known to everyone. So, reserve a pitch and come and have fun with friends!

NATATION

Let yourself be carried away by the tonic energy of the water and relax in our swimming pool during free time. Swimming, when practiced regularly, has a highly beneficial effect on the body. It allows, among other things, lowering blood pressure and improving metabolism. It can also reduce the risk of obesity and reduce anxiety, which can even lead to better sleep. Allow yourself a break from stress and take time to swim. You will firm your body without joint pain and you will be fully energized!

VOLLEYBALL

Throughout the summer, enjoy the sun and heat for a ride at Tennis 13 Fitness and come play beach volleyball with your friends. If you’re competitive, make yourself a mixed team or join one and join the evening leagues.If you prefer to play for fun, just to relax and get rid of your stress, gather your friends and come play No pressure for $ 10 per person for an hour. DECKHOCKEY

For dekhockey fans, we offer a synthetic professional surface that you can rent to play with family or friends all summer long. You can also take part in leagues or corporate events.Enjoy a beautiful sunny day to come and have fun playing dekhockey! You can rent our ice rink for free practice for $ 10 per person for one hour.All taxes are extra. It takes a minimum of 10 people to make a reservation.

WALLYBALL

If you like traditional volleyball, maybe you will find a new passion for wallyball! It’s played the same way however, it happens on a racquetball field and players have the right to use some of the walls. Different and fun, dare to experiment with this new sport with family or friends right now!

GOLF

Grab a stick and a basket of balls and ventilate your mind by initiating yourself or playing golf. During the winter, we offer an indoor area where beginners and experts can come to play and have fun. Plus, take advantage of a green zone to improve your rolls and your approach shots as well as simulators to practice your swing every day of the week. Golf is a wonderful way to keep fit, calm down and drive out negative ideas and even develop self-control. It’s also a good time to socialize with others and make new friends. Pick up your bag and hit a few balls!
