Fitness jeunesse

With Fitness Jeunesse, we aim to teach children a good technique that will allow them to improve their motor skills and strengthen certain parts of their body while incorporating pleasure. Over a 10-week period divided into one-hour sessions, the children will perform various movements and explore different activities through which they will be introduced to fitness in a gym.

Fitness jeunesse

School groups

We want to develop the desire to move to five-year-olds and over through physical and sports activities and that’s why we offer a wide range of choices, created exclusively for school groups. Our instructors are specially trained to lead groups of children, from preschool to high school, and will ensure the smooth running of the day. Give students a break from homework and give them the amount of physical activity and fun they need to maintain good health.

Day camp

For more than 25 years, our day camp has been designed to bring our passion for physical activity to young people by stimulating them with a variety of games, sports and diverse activities in a dynamic environment. safe. A lot of fun, memories for life and lots of new friends, guaranteed! Our team of animators is united, experienced and responsible. She receives a complete training in animation and security of more than 40 hours as well as CPR and first aid training. In addition, our animators share two common passions: sports and children’s education.

Intensive day camp

Supervised by our team of experienced and certified coaches, they develop and perfect their playing techniques and tactics. This camp accepts a maximum of 8 beginner students per week aged 7 to 15 years. It is 4 to 5 hours of tennis per day, combined with 1 or 2 hours of various and complementary activities to tennis (coordination, footwork, speed, team sports, etc.).
