For more than 25 years, our day camp has been designed to bring our passion for physical activity to young people by stimulating them with a variety of games, sports and diverse activities in a dynamic environment. safe. She receives a complete training in animation and security of more than 40 hours as well as CPR and first aid training. In addition, our animators share two common passions: sports and children’s education.

At Tennis 13 Fitness, you children will find their account! Our day camps will be their favorite place to spend their holidays! Supervised by our team of experienced and certified coaches, they develop and perfect their playing techniques and tactics. This camp accepts a maximum of 8 beginner students per week aged 7 to 15 years. It is 4 to 5 hours of tennis per day, combined with 1 or 2 hours of various and complementary activities to tennis (coordination, footwork, speed, team sports, etc.).



During group lessons, they learn to exchange in a controlled manner and to hit different technical moves depending on the game situations. Throughout their progression, they are encouraged to participate also in leagues and tournaments adapted to their age.

With Fitness Jeunesse, we aim to teach children a good technique that will allow them to improve their motor skills and strengthen certain parts of their body while incorporating pleasure. Over a 10-week period divided into one-hour sessions, the children will perform various movements and explore different activities through which they will be introduced to fitness in a gym.

This training program aims to develop the athletic abilities of young athletes, regardless of their discipline. Sportball is a program for children from 2 to 6 years old that allows them to develop both socially and physically as well as to improve self-confidence in an environment free from the pressure of competition. Through baseball, football, basketball, golf, hockey, soccer, tennis and volleyball, and with innovative instruction and positive reinforcement, children will develop their motor skills, their balance, their strength, their coordination, their endurance and their synchronism.


Sportball’s 2 to 8 year old soccer program introduces them to the fundamentals of sport in a fun, supportive and non-competitive environment. Using stories and creative games as well as our approach to soccer techniques, our coaches focus on ball possession practice, passing, return to the game and penalty kicks. Perfect classes to introduce your child to physical activity!


We want to develop the desire to move to five-year-olds and over through physical and sports activities and that’s why we offer a wide range of choices, created exclusively for school groups. Our instructors are specially trained to lead groups of children, from preschool to high school, and will ensure the smooth running of the day.
