At Tennis 13 Fitness, our goal is to help you find your goal and to guide you in a realistic way while keeping in mind your own schedule in order to achieve it. Our trainers take your success very seriously and they will be your training coach as well as your life coach at the same time. This is how we promise, by working together, that you will never fail.
1. BETTER HEALTH
Having a better overall health is the key to a greater life and is the ideal goal to get or get back in shape. Being healthy can not only make you feel good in your own body but it can also considerably reduce the risk of heart diseases, increase your energy everyday, optimise your immune function, control type 2 diabetes and even lessen many types of pain. After all, a good health equals a good quality of life!
The first step towards a better health should probably be an appointment with a nutritionist. Just making slight changes in your alimentation such as eating less fat and salt can help you prevent some types of cancers and illnesses. So, meet with our nutritionist to know where to cut down in your meals and how to have a better diet plan. Then, you can pair that with regular training at the gym or any kind of physical activities and you will be on your way to a better health.
2. BETTER CARDIO
With cardiovascular endurance, the heart can transport oxygen to the different muscles of our body and it is what allows us to do physical activities for a long time without being out of breath. Through the years, with all the new world records, the will for competition and gold medals and new technologies, athletes did not have a choice but to change the way they train. Nowadays, they can no longer allow themselves to train exclusively in their sport if they want to excel. They have to follow a specific diet and a complete program in the gym to maximise their performance and their chance to beat the others as much as they can. However, they have to be carful not to over train because, an athlete who wants to be the best may want to push his limits too much and risk injuring himself.
Here, athletes can meet one of our certified trainers to have a complete and balanced training that aims for sport performance while being risk free of any injuries. They can also make an appointment with our nutritionist for a diet adapted to their needs.
7. PAIN DIMINUTION
There are many reasons that exist that can make you have pain such as a sport injury, a car accident or even a fall on a slippery sidewalk in winter. No matter the cause of your pain, we can help you lesser it. First and foremost, it is important to see a doctor and follow his recommendations. Then, you can meet one of our certified trainers and, according to what your doctor said, he will find you some exercises adapted to your needs that will not worsen your injury but will still allow you to train while reducing your pain.
