13ENFORME: SUPERVISED GROUP TRAINING

The Programme 13enForme is a supervised group training that takes place in the Gym. With a qualified trainer by your side at any time, you perform for an hour different exercises from the last trend at your own rhythm. You will improve quickly and easily your global physical condition thanks to your teammates who will always be there to support you and encourage you to push your boundaries. You will never be this motivated to get fit!

Furthermore, everybody can participate in this program. Members like non-members are invited to come and train and this, no matter the age or the level of physical condition. There are many sessions during the week either in the morning, at noon or in the evening. Attend them at the time that’s best for you.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

13ENFORME’S PROGRAM

  • Group training supervised all the time by a qualified trainer
  • Possibility of training at your own rhythm while being part of a group that will motivate you to outdo yourself
  • Unlike traditional training which solicit individual muscles, there is a stimulation of all the muscles in different movements
  • Solicitation of all the muscles of the body even the deeper ones
  • No use at all of traditional machines, instead use of equipment like tires, weights, ropes, etc
  • Proprioception development with an exercise done in imbalance with small objects: Bosu, medicine ball, exercise ball, Core-Board, TRX, etc
  • Execution of exercises similar to movements done in daily life like sitting down, pushing, running, picking up, pulling, carrying, etc
  • Type of training that combine muscular reinforcement and cardiovascular development.
  • Use of the body at its full potential.

PRICES

MEMBER

  • 1 time per week: $6,50 / training
  • 2 times or more per week: $5 / training

NON-MEMBER

  • 1 time per week: $13 / training
  • 2 times or more per week: $10 / training
