JOIN THE FITNESS REVOLUTION!
Youth Fitness is a program specially designed to introduce young people to the benefits of fitness. Through this program, pre-teens and teens can learn the right training methods for muscle strengthening and improved motor skills in a fun, dynamic environment.
The program is offered over a 15-week period. You can choose to take 1 one-hour class per week, 2 one-hour classes per week or 3 one-hour classes per week.
A great way to introduce them to fitness at the gym.
