FITNESS 13 PROGRAM

BECOME FITNESS 13

Our Fitness 13 program offers small-group training sessions led by an experienced coach. During these sessions, you will navigate through a one-hour circuit of various exercises at your own pace, all while being supervised and guided by our knowledgeable trainer.

The Fitness 13 program, which takes place over several weeks, offers three different training sessions. You can attend one, two or three sessions per week. It is exclusive to our members.

CROSS TRAINING

Functional training involving all muscles through different muscle-strengthening exercises.

POWER CIRCUIT

A high-intensity gym session divided into different stations that are performed in rotation. Engages the entire body to elevate your fitness to new heights.

TABATA

High-intensity interval training consisting of 8 × 20-second bursts of intense effort, followed by 10 seconds of recovery.
