BECOME FITNESS 13

Our Fitness 13 program offers small-group training sessions led by an experienced coach. During these sessions, you will navigate through a one-hour circuit of various exercises at your own pace, all while being supervised and guided by our knowledgeable trainer.

The Fitness 13 program, which takes place over several weeks, now offers five different training sessions. You can attend one, two, three or four sessions per week.

new – empower 360°

A complete and structured workout for women, combining strength, intensity, and technique in an inclusive and positive environment. Breaking barriers, pushing through discomfort, and leaving self-consciousness at the door: this is the essence of a workout where women reclaim their space. Here, there are no standards to meet, no judgment—just a space to discover your power, build confidence, and grow freely.

new – postpartum strenght & recovery

Small group class created for moms 6+ weeks postpartum (with medical clearance). Classes are limited to 8 moms so everyone gets personalized support and form correction.

Together we’ll:

  • Reconnect to your breath, core and pelvic floor
  • Improve posture, mobility and everyday strength
  • Progress safely toward lifting, carrying and training with confidence

Every movement is adapted to your phase of recovery, whether you had a vaginal birth or a c-section.

Babies are welcome in class!

CROSS TRAINING

Functional training involving all muscles through different muscle-strengthening exercises.

POWER CIRCUIT

A high-intensity gym session divided into different stations that are performed in rotation. Engages the entire body to elevate your fitness to new heights.

TABATA

High-intensity interval training consisting of 8 × 20-second bursts of intense effort, followed by 10 seconds of recovery.
