With Fitness Jeunesse, our goal is to teach the kids the proper form and technique to help enhance motor skills and strengthen areas of the body all while incorporating fun. So, on a period of 12 weeks divided in sessions of one hour, kids will perform a variety of movements and explore different activities through which they will be introduced to getting fit in a gym.
