RECIPES

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp. chia
• 1/2 cup of almond milk
• 1/2 c. vanilla extract
• some blueberries, raspberries and blackberries

Preparation:
1. Add milk and vanilla extract to the chai mixture.
2. Mix and leave in the fridge overnight.
3. Add the fruit once the mixture is ready.

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
•1 C. cocoa powder
• 1 or 2 tsp. honey
• 1/2 cup of almond milk

Preparation:

Mix everything in a blender and let cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
